1. I've just selected a movie. How do I go about downloading now?

You may download it in two ways: by clicking the link with the name of the movie or by cutting and pasting the URL given in the address box.

2. How do I use FlashGet software?

Just make right-click on the mouse and select "Download with FlashGet". Choose the folder in which you want to save the movie file and click "OK".

3. I have downloaded a movie but when I try to play it on my PC it won't work for some reason...

Maybe you missing the codec for the files or they may have been corrupted while downloading. We recommend that you use VLC media player which should play movies without any codecs and it's one way to test if you have a codec problem. You need to do the following:

Download VLC media Player. You can do it from the 'Help' section of our website.
Install and run VLC.
Choose File -> Open File.
Choose the file you would like to play.
Enjoy the movie! :)

4. How do I burn my movies on CD or DVDs?

There are many different software programs you can use to copy a movie to a CD\DVD. When you burn files on DVD using Nero, burn them as regular data files, do not choose "DVD Video" media type when asked. Use "ISO DVD" or "Data DVD" instead. Your player must support MPEG4/DivX/XviD video playback.

5. I want to watch movies on my iPod. What do I need to do?

If you want to watch movies only on your iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry, you'd better choose an iPod movie version which is an MP4 file, otherwise you'll have to convert DVD, DivX, PDA and Hi-Def versions manually for them to be playable on your portable device.
